This beer really took me by surprise. The nose is whiskey predominant, but upon tasting the beer I got a mouth full of dark chocolate, followed by pepper/spice, and lingering heat via whiskey. Just a perfect winter warmer when the weather changes. Sincerely hope this one comes back again in the cooler months. Really fantastically balanced. These guys seem to get better and better every time I stop by.
