L: Pours copper orange color with a small white head and a little lacing on the glass.
S: Toasted oak, white wine, notes of fresh bread and a touch of saison yeast.
T: Strong white wine and a hint of vinegar, followed by toasted oak and some baked bread and saison yeast.
F: Medium tart body.
O: A slight tart and sour barrel aged sauson that is quite enjoyable.
