this beer is the bomb, the best out of a lot of great beers at fiction this weekend. very very impressed with their operation, and this was the pick of the lot. i think a three hop recipe with nelson, citra, and amarillo. i might remember that wrong, because i had enough of them to make me goofy. couldnt believe how light this was on the palate, how juicy the hops were, and how unique it is from all the other session hippy beers out there right now. part of me is just a lush for nelson, but this is more than that. its a carefully made fruit punch of delicious hops, without hardly anymore bitterness than is absolutely necessary. its also got a great mouthfeel, very well carbonated and almost creamy feeling, but super dry and not bogged down by heavy malt at all. honestly this may be one of the better everyday india pale ales being made in colorado right now. i know thats a bold claim, but this is excellent and unique beer. not sure why these guys have taken such a beating from the beer community both here on BA and otherwise, i thought their whole lineup was first rate. this one is really worth going in and checking them out.
