Pours clear bright yellow with a white short-lived head. Spotty lacing. Lots of floating particles. Aroma is lemonade. Flavor follows. Feel is light but a bit syrupy, low in carbonation. Overall, not one of the better Shandies I've tried. Wouldn't recommend.

 

Not typically my thing, but this one is really well made. Nice integration of beer and lemon. Balanced and not overly sweet. Perfect on a nice hot day.

 

 

L: hazy gold permeated by streams of moderately fast rising bubbles under a 1/2" white frothy cap with poor retention

S: Lemon, turmeric and bread crumb dominate the aromas

T: Lemon, bread crumb and turmeric lead the flavors with lemon flavors coming in at medium plus, and bread crumb and turmeric coming in at medium minus

F: body and carbonation are medium low

O: refreshing but it is like a little too sweet lemonade and the carbonation is a little too low

Short Pants pours a hazy golden color, with a big lacing head. Big fresh lemon aroma, hints of a crisp malt. Flavor is pretty strong, lots of fresh lemon notes, hints of sour, and a bitter near the end. Good body and feel. Overall, a big strong lemon shandy.

On tap. Poured a clear, golden yellow color with a good deal of carbonation and a small head. It smelled of lemonade and caramel sweetness. Good refreshing lemonade flavor with subtle beer-like qualities.

 

 

This beer pours a clear pale yellow with small head. The aroma is full of bright lemon juice and zest, with a hint of light wheat malts. The flavor starts with sharp citrus peel, followed by by a bit of semi sweet flesh lemon fruit, and then a solid malty based, with cracker malts and a slightly grainy finish. The mouthfeel is medium light with spritzy carbonation. Overall a fun take on shandy, with a bit more of a beer kick to it and a nice lemon flavor.
