From the bottle, it pours a hazy golden amber with a modest head soon diminishing to a ring and a thin layer. Elder flower in the nose. The mouth gets a sharp taste of the elder flower as well as hops. Honestly, while interesting, this is not my taste - better than bottle of cherries, however..
