Poured into a nonic. A hazy gold with a one finger fine white head. Head soon diminished to a thin layer but sticks around. Fine patchy lacing
Lemon and herbs in the nose.
Oregano and other herbs are apparent.
Medium body and carbonation.
Overall an interesting take on a Saison.
