Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours dark brown, basically black, with a frothy cocoa brown head that settles to a firm layer and laces nicely.
S: Roasty, earthy char, coffee, a touch of smoke, dark fruit, and burnt sugar.
T: Roasted malt, char, earthy, black coffee, super dark chocolate, burnt sugar, and dark fruit that comes out more as it warms, cherry and plum.
M: Medium to full body, moderate carbonation.
O: Solid winter beer that'll keep you company on a cold night.
