8th Anniversary IPA
We brewed this with the homies at Black Plague Brewing
It’s mainly Pilsner, some 2 Row and touch of Munich malt. We almost went all New Zealand hops but decided to use some Columbus for bittering, NZ Cascade and Nelson for Whirlpool and Dry hop is NZ Cascade, Motueka, and Riwaka.

On tap at June Lake Brewing
A: Pours golden amber with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and leaves a little spotty lacing.
S: Slightly dank herbal notes, peppery spice, grassy, citrus zest, underlying tropical and stone fruit, classic Nelson fruitiness, slightly toasty bready biscuity malt, and a touch of light caramel sweetness.
T: Resinous pine, peppery spice, citrus, orange, grapefruit, and lemon lime, slightly dank herbal notes, tropical, exotic, and stone fruit, gooseberry, passion fruit, papaya, mango, apricot, and white grape, bready biscuity malt, and a little caramel sweetness.
M: On the fuller side of medium body, moderate carbonation, chewy.
O: Happy 8th JLB! Nicely done anniversary Collab DIPA. Classic vibes meet NZ flair.
