We brewed this with our friends Pure Project using 2 Row and Pilsner Malt, then hit it hard with Simcoe, Simcoe Cryo, Mosaic and Freestyle Nelson hops.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours golden yellow with a frothy cream white head that settles to a thin layer and leaves a little spotty lacing.
S: Solid hit of pine, citrus, underlying tropical and stone fruit mixed with the classic Nelson notes, a bit grassy and herbal, and slightly bready biscuity malt.
T: Spicy pine, citrus, grapefruit, lemon, and tangerine, exotic, tropical and stone fruit, pineapple, mango, passion fruit, gooseberry, apricot, white grape, and peach, faintly dank slight grassy herbal notes, biscuity slightly bready malt, and just a touch of sweetness.
M: A touch on the fuller side of medium body, moderately lively carbonation.
O: Really solid West Coast DIPA. Each hop gets to show what it can do.
