Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery snifter
A: Pours hazy straw yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and laces beautifully.
S: Juicy mix of citrus, exotic, tropical, and stone fruit, a touch of pine, slightly grassy, faint hints of coconut, crackery malt, and honey sweetness.
T: Bright citrus juice, lemon lime, grapefruit, and tangerine, exotic, tropical and stone fruit, pineapple, gooseberry, passion fruit, nectarine, apricot, almost overripe mango, guava, papaya, and white grape, a hint of coconut, a touch of pine, a bit grassy, crackery malt, faint wheat twang, and honey sweetness.
M: A bit on the lighter side of medium body, moderate carbonation, soft on the palate.
O: I'm normally not crazy about Sabro hopper beers, but this one came together really nicely. Maybe a touch sweet, but really really refreshing. Hope this one comes back for next summer.
