On tap at June Lake Brewing
A: Pours vibrant magenta with a frothy pale pink head that settles to a thin layer and leaves a little spotty lacing.
S: Sweet dark cherry, bright tart cherry, a little lactic tartness, faint earthy notes, and a little crackery malt.
T: Straight up cherry juice in the best way, beautiful balance of dark sweet notes with bright tart notes, with subtle earthy tones, crackery malt, and super faint yeast funk.
M: A touch on the lighter side of medium body, slightly prickly moderate carbonation.
O: Takes me back to my childhood snacking on a fresh bag of cherries from a roadside stand, just without having to spit out pits. Awesome summer beer!
