On tap at JLB
A: Pours golden straw yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and laces nicely.
S: Melon, spiced banana, stone fruit, a bit tropical, pine, grassy herbal notes, biscuity malt, and just a touch of caramel sweetness.
T: Melon, stone fruit, plum, peach, apricot, tropical fruit, papaya and passion fruit, faint banana, resinous pine, spicy grassy herbal notes, crackery malt, and a dry finish.
M: A touch on the lighter side of medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: I'm always down to try out a beer featuring some experimental hops. Not the usual profile I gravitate towards, but I enjoyed it.
