Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a firm layer and laces quite nicely.
S: Zesty bright citrus, tropical and stone fruit, light pine, a touch grassy, floral hints, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Bright citrus, tangelo, lemon, and lime, tropical and stone fruit, peach, apricot, passion fruit, mango, and guava, a little clean pine, a touch grassy, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: A touch on the lighter side of medium body, moderate carbonation, soft on the palate.
O: This is right in my wheelhouse. Those NZ hops bring such a great brightness while the Mosaic and Simcoe round things out with some nice depth. Super tasty and refreshing on a warm day.
