Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours slightly hazy golden straw yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a thin layer and
S: Citrus zest, slightly herbal grassy notes, resinous pine, underlying tropical and stone fruit, crackery slightly biscuity malt, and just a touch of sweetness.
T: Bright citrus, tangerine, lime, lemon, and grapefruit, resinous pine, underlying tropical and stone fruit, mango, blueberry, pineapple, passion fruit, peach, apricot, and guava, a touch grassy, crackery biscuity malt, and a little light caramel sweetness.
M: On the lighter side of medium body, mild to moderate carbonation, crisp and smooth.
O: Crisp and flavorful, nicely balanced and easy drinking modern style Westy. Makes for a fantastic post hike beer on a warm summer day.
