Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden straw yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a firm layer and laces nicely.
S: Bright zesty citrus, slightly grassy and resinous, a little underlying tropical and stone fruit, crackery biscuity malt, and a touch of light caramel sweetness.
T: Ripe zesty citrus, tangerine, lime, lemon, and grapefruit, underlying tropical and stone fruit, apricot, peach, mango, and a hint of passion fruit, a bit grassy and resinous, crackery biscuity malt, and just a touch of light caramel sweetness, with a fairly dry finish.
M: Just a touch on the lighter side of medium body, moderate carbonation, soft on the palate.
O: Bright and refreshing, not overly complex but it doesn't need to be. Would definitely hit the spot on a warm summer day. (It still tastes pretty dang good on a rainy fall day.) Glad I was able to get over to the Eastern side one more time before the snow closes the passes and grab this one.
