A bright golden color with a creamy head of 1/4 finger.
Smells like my homebrew. Any of the lighter ones. That brings me a little hope. Pineapple and orange juice with light golden malts, pepper, and clove.
Flavor is peppery and clove with licks of pineapple, orange, and mango. The yeast is apparent, they used a pretty nice strain here. Bready finish with some pineapple core.
Feel is creamy and smooth. Semi-dry finish. Moderate carbonation.
Overall, not a bad Tripel. I'd have it again.
