A Belgian Dark strong. Carmel and malt balance out with the kick of alcohol. Finishes with a lingering sweetness. Proceeds goto educational opportunities. Brewed with goodness, discipline, and knowledge.

Pours a medium dark brown color with a minimal head that disappears quickly. Aroma of sweet figs and other dark fruits. Taste is sweet and tangy with a nice alcohol warmth.

Quite a nice Belgian strong. Aromas of dark fruits and a touch of booze. Sweet malty flavors with fig and dark bread, and while there's a bit of booze in the aroma, it's hidden in the flavor. Goodness, knowledge, and discipline in a bottle, this one inspires me ever more.
