Clear golden in color.
Aromas of yeast, slightly fruity.
Flavors of yeast, cherries, sweet and highly carbonated.
It is dry on the palate with the combination of the fruity sensation it almost is reminiscent of champagne.

Poured on tap and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a bright, slightly hazy, heavily carbonated, straw gold coloring. Subtle nose of toasted grains and spice, and not much else. Flavors are tangy sweet forward, with a heavy dose of hibiscus, mint, and cilantro. Very herbal. Smooth, light body, with a slick, crisp finish
Very tangy and spiced aftertaste.
