Can reads 'ENTIPA10-AI'
Pours a slightly hazed honey-copper body topped with just under two fingers of thick white foam; decent retention yields a fluffy collar, steadily receding, faint cap, and a comprehensive spread of thin, spotty/stringy lacing.
Aroma offers a dense sticky caramel malt opening accented with hints of apricot, pineapple and mango; a slight tropical sweetness lingers in the background while bitter fresh grapefruit and aromatic evergreen notes mingle around the close.
Taste sees grassy hops open into peppery but saturated tropical fruit rinds, highlighting mango, papaya, and underripe pineapple most prominently; zesty grapefruit and blueberry add a flowing depth through the finish.
Mouthfeel brings a medium body lifted by a pillowy higher-end carbonation, evening to a silky, full feel along the mid-palate while a stiff, evenly distributed bitterness maintains across the palate as a whole; ultra-smooth and clean on the finish, with a mild, bittering grit holding through the swallow.
While it does take some time to develop, this proves a great example of a subtle east coast/west coast hybrid IPA flashing bits of greatness via full flavors gliding along a stunningly simple palate of both character and ease; touches of refinement here and there easily bring this one to the next level.

Served from a tap at Fleming’s Steak House in Boston, Massachusetts into a footed Pilsner Glass.
A: Pours a hazy, amber color with a one inch, foamy head, fair retention, and very solid rings of lacing.
S: Aromas of pitted (peach) and tropical (mango) fruit predominate, with some pepper and pine notes.
T: Tastes of caramel malt offset by pepper less than pine. Bitterness strong consistent with the New England style.
M: Medium bodied, persistent carbonation, Slightly bitter aftertaste.
O: A solidly organized, New England style IPA. Would not hesitate to have it again.
