Can reads 'ENTHE2-AI'
Pours a hazy copper-orange body capped with multiple fingers of rocky, off-white head; solid retention leaves a thin veil of cap, lasting, froth collar, and sparse, spotty lacing.
Aroma brings plenty of lemon zest accompanied by herbal hops and grapefruit undertones; earthy orange peel and vague citrus notes touch the middle as a slight dank character and crisp malts round out the bouquet.
Taste opens on a more herbal tone, with earthy hops holding prominence until a bright orange zest briefly shines on the mid-palate before notes of lemon and lavender intertwine in the backdrop; wheaty malt and musty, dank grass lingers into the finish.
Mouthfeel presents a light body bolstered steadily by consistent and frothy medium-high carbonation; the mid-palate is clean and relatively crisp with a slight hop prickle into a finish where a sharp bitter bite appears as dryness for a minutiae of the swallow while a vague tartness spreads evenly and lingers.
A compact and highly enjoyable lighter IPA, there is an all-around depth touching lightly at every point across the profile as the steady construction of the beer along the palate implores indicates both an intriguing and quenching session beer.

Served from a tap at Fleming’s Steak House in Boston, Massachusetts into a footed Pilsner Glass.
A: Pours a hazy, golden color with a one and a half inch, foamy head, good retention, and leaves rings of lacing behind.
S: Aromas of lemon citrus and pine with a pleasant cut grassiness.
T: Tastes of grapefruit, with malt understated, pepper and pine. Bitterness seems in good balance to me.
M: Light to medium, persistent carbonation, fairly crisp finish.
O: Enjoyed it and thought it well balanced, although I thought it was more of a Saison than an IPA.

A- 12oz can pours into a tall chalice with a fairly cloudy golden body and a massive two inch white cap. The head has a foamy consistency and great retention. Wide, thick blankets of lace coat the glass.
S- Light-medium strength hops balanced with generic, slightly sweet pale barley. Hints of a fresh mash and cereal joined by floral, citrus and lightly tropical hops.
T- Things get a bit more muddled here and it seems like it is not the cleanest of ferments bringing on some esters and a homebrew-like quality; white grape, generic spice and apple come to mind. The hops stay with general citrus, floral and bitter herbal qualities without much specific things to mention. Bread, cereal, cracker and a light sweetness balance it out.
MF- A puffy and foamy body with a very high level carbonation that borders too much. The body overall is on the lighter side and it all ends with a floral bitterness.
The ferment seems to have gotten a bit lost here with esters clashing with the hops and negating much of their flavors which don't carry over from the aroma that well.
