We’ve brewed a sour fruit brut with No Hops! Instead, it’s made with sparkling mineral water. This 2025 batch features a crisp base of mineral-rich water and a dry malt backbone, complemented by subtle notes of cantaloupe, lychee, and coconut. The result is a uniquely textured brut with an intensely tropical flavor profile.

Intended uses: poolsider-y, brunch mimosa replacer-y, and tropical island getaway-ery!
