4.5 selection rating if you are into sours. Cozy little place with an adequate patio. Good variety on their sours, with a few I really like and a couple that missed the mark (according to my target).

 

 

You're only gonna find sours here. That's their thing (and they're good at their thing), but don't come here if you or your friend don't like sours.

That being said, probably been on 20 brewery tours and this was hands-down the best one. Super informative and always a laid-back staff who are as excited about their beer as you are. Go. Bring friends.

 

This place is top notch. Knowledgable and attentive staff, killer selection and flight options at an amazing value. The staff will be as involved or removed from your flight/learning experience as you want, and are always ready for random questions. As long as you love sour mashed brews (pucker up) you'll have a ball and a biscuit. The space for enjoying these wonderful and quirky brews could be a little larger/roomier, but there are games, info cards, and plenty of diverse seating options available.

 

 

these guys have been on my radar since a basil gose blew my mind at gabf last year. it was awesome to finally be able to check these guys out! they have a pretty small little brewery, way too hot to sit outside on their little patio this time of year, so we set up inside at one of the few small tables and drank through most of their lineup. there are clear views to the substantial brew house, looks like they have the capacity to make quite a lot of beer in here! the bar is clean and bright and service was great! the have this funny thing where you have to buy a flight and keep the glass, which basically gets around some consumption law, by which you are actually paying for the glassware and the beer is free, they make it easy though and the glasses are rad! i liked pretty much all the beers we had here, but was most impressed by a smoked lime gose as well as a dark sour, sour stout type with cocoa and almonds and vanilla, really cool stuff across the board though, an identifiable bacterial sourness in most or all of their stuff, but its clean and refreshing and nice. we had a great time here, and they are definitely brewing some of the most unique beers in the city. underrated on here for sure and well worth a visit! some fabulous sours happening!

 

 

Neat spot...a little less so if you're with kids. They've provided games; it sounds like they would've had more games, but people keep taking things. Nevertheless, the indoor area is a little small, and the outside porch, which faces west, has no midday shade.
