Light amount of off-white head. Deep auburn look. Slightly sweet, caramel and touch woody, medium roasted malt aroma and plenty of it. Balanced, caramel tinged, lightly toasted wood flavor, of which the woodiness is the bite, which is moderate and lingers. Medium dark roasted malt in there to provide a medium body. Thumbs up.
