This stout is a Greek roasted chocolate ale, handcrafted from six different types of malt, the finest American hops and local Greek barley. It has a velvet mouthfeel with hints of chocolate, coffee and caramel and a rich mouth-filling aftertaste.

Drank with appetisers at Taxim, a contemporary Greek restaurant specialising in the Balkan kitchen that includes a melange from the Turkish, Bulgarian and Thrace traditions. Taxim is almost a decade old and in Chicago's Wicker Park on Milwaukee Avenue's nightlife strip. Voreia also brews in the north, so it is a good micro to brew for Taxim's kitchen.
Voreia's Stout starts with a nice mocha head, but quickly ends up with only an opaque bod. Smells are Chocolatey and Coffee enough. Surprisingly refreshing in the attack, by mid-palate the roasted malt dries out the palate as does the coffee and finishes that way. Medium-mouthed towards light. This was an OK choice for appetisers, but would not have a good choice with my entree, a vegetable stew. Coreia's Stout probably would be best with a chocolate dessert.
My second from Voreia, the first was six years ago. So I went on their website again and it seems somewhat matured given Voreia's more limited marketing strategy (which could be expanded more ambitiously.)

I tried this beer in the city of Athens whilst vacationing in Greece. It poured an opaque with tan head that left a spotty lace. The scent had roast and chocolate notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with sweet malt and roast presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a solid beer.

330ml bottle from Beer52:
Very nice stuff here & a really surprising offering from Siris, this is easily the best Greek beer that I've tried & one that could hold its own against pretty much any stout out there. It's smooth & creamy with a great balance & plenty of chocolate malts to give it a nice sweetness alongside the roasted flavours that kick things off. I loved this one & could happily drink it all night, I'm just gutted it will likely be a hard beer to find in the UK.

Bought from Lidl after nearly a week of hotel eurolager on Zakynthos.
Bottle. Almost black. Thick frothy tan head. Decent lacing.
Rich aroma of roasted malt. Some smokiness and chocolate.
Taste reflects a subdued version of the aroma. Demi-sec but with a drying completion.
Smooth. Rather thin for a stout.
A life saver.

T: Amazing taste and awesome aftertaste.
F: Really smooth and highly drinkable.
O: Another amazing beer from Siris Microbrewery (after their IPA). Could be Greece's best stout.
