Once again a very nice dank NE style IPA from a Northern Monk collaboration.
Hazy gold with a nice white head.
Both in taste in smell, very fruity (orchard fruits, tropical fruits) and floral. Nice malt balance with some biscuit. Some sweetness in the taste.
Juicy mouthfeel and low carbonation.
Nice

As the name suggests, a hazy, light gold / yellow pour. One finger of white head and good lacing down the glass.
Hops on the nose and, strangely for this type of beer, I picked up some malts and caramel. Definitely some citrus and pine, but more earthy and dank.
Very mellow immediately after drinking with a subsequent rush and swell of hops and earthiness, with pine following on. I really love how the flavour develops in this beer. There's some citrus sweetness, but overall it's dank, earthy and musty... almost a mossy sort of taste after the initial hop hit. The aftertaste is quite dry and moderately bitter. After sipping for 30 minutes or so, I got the feeling of hop resin sticking to the tongue.
This beer feels great. It's smooth and has a superb and (I feel) very unique flavour development. I felt the nose was just a little bit subdued, but, overall, thoroughly enjoyed this beer - shame it's a one-off really!
