Pours a cloudy light orange with quickly falling head.
Smell is yeasty with hints of apples, peach and a little bit of funk.
Taste is yeasty and fruity, and a tad sweet. Peach and apricot set the tone. No hint of booze.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice farmhouse ale with a twist.

I was a bit disapointed with this one. The lactose and vanilla go against the dryness I'm expecting in a saison. The peach is there but very subtle, I'd like to see some more kick to it. The yeast bring some chardonnay notes with white grape and a bit of dusty funkiness. Not my favorite from the patrons project series
