I let this one aged for a while and it seems it was for the best.
It pours a pink rosé-like sparkling body without any head.
It's quite dry and actually reminds me of some rosé with red fruits notes (even if the blueberries aren't the most obvious ones), certain nuttiness and freshly cut grass. The beer is dry and well carbonated.
This fruity double fermentation saison is quite enjoyable especially with some roasty chicken

Pours an unclear red, with low pink foam.
Smell is fruity, with lots of blueberries and some Hawaiian Punch and bubblegum. Some yeast in the background.
Taste is quite yeasty, with strong notes of berries and apples. Like a fruited saison.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a tasty Beligian inspired beer. I thought it would be tart, but this is like a saison with fruit added.
