On tap at Brew Dock, Dublin.
Hazy blonde; pineapple salsa; apricot, all the tropicals, hint of tangerine and lemon water finish.
4 4 4.25 4 4
Nelson Sauvin hops, backed up with Galaxy and Citra
Hits Vermont. No sign of ABV. I know Northern Monk wins; I gotta catch some Bissell Brothers one of the these days.

A 440ml can with a BB of Dec 2017, so it's literally just out of date :). Acquired recently from the Beer Merchants webshop. This is a Northern Monk Patron's Project brew (6.02); a collaborative effort with the Bissell Brothers and designer Jon Simmons. The result is a DIPA hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy and Citra.
A: Poured into an IPA glass. Can-conditioned. A very hazy golden hue with intense carbonation and plentiful suspended sediment (looks like an NEIPA). Yields a huge head of creamy white foam that lasts for a while before slowly reducing to a patchy surface layer. Some lacing.
S: Aroma of overwhelming fruitiness with hints of tangerine, lemon, citrus, peel, white grape, tropical fruit, subtle melon, grass/hay, floral notes, earthy yeast, pale malt and faint grain. Balanced yet intense - simply superb.
T: Tastes of zealously fruity hops with notes of lemon, grapefruit, citrus, peel, tropical fruit, subtle pine resin, dank weed, grass, earthy yeast and pale malt. Very dry, followed by a powerful hop-driven bitterness upon swallowing.
M: Mouthfeel is smooth, tingly and dry, with lively carbonation and great body. Perfectly unctuous mouthfeel; highly astringent on the palate. Aftertaste of intensely fruity hops, grapefruit, citrus, pine resin, mild tropical fruit, earthy yeast and faint malt.
O: Excellent - possibly the best DIPA I've had. Intensely hoppy yet with fantastic balance. Looks great, while the aroma and flavour are sublimely fruity. Lovely body with a crisp texture. Goes down like a dream; hop-lovers should seek this out if they can.

Knucklepuck time, a collaboration between Northern Monk brewers and Bissel Brothers. What a delight
It shows a complete haze with a pale yellow colour and a gorgeous white head.
The smell is of passion fruit, peach, strawberry, white grape, some floral notes (boxwood blossom?), coconut, very nice, some booziness but very pleasant
Follow the smell with the fruity and floral part plus some citrus zest and perfect balance with the bready malt. Some sweetness but just to balance the the limited bitterness.
Very nice mouthfeel, pillowy.
Overall, this is a stellar beer : the hop combination is perfect and permits some originality in my opinion, the malt base is great and the whole thing is genius. I love this beer. Certainly the best patrons project series beer so far

Pours a hazy yellow with thick, white foam that leaves a lot of pretty lacing.
Smell is earthy, with notes of citrus, citrus peel and some pine.
Taste starts soft and a bit sweet, then morphs into some piney resin and a terrific hop bite. Hints of vanilla on the end, and a long finish with just a little bit of booze.
Mouthfeel is terrific, soft and pillowy with a good level of carbonation.
Overall, a terrific Euro version of a NE IPA. Superdrinkable for the ABV.
