CAN
Cloudy lemon-brown with puffy white cream that clings. 4
Lemon Frozfruit, guava, flowers, and cedar. 4
Hint of cracker, then lemon chiffon, starfruit, straw, underripe pineapple, melon rind, peach skin and slight pine needle. 4
Lime pith linger.
Light, crisp, some oil. 4
Azacca, Ekuanot, NS, Mosaic
Not a looker, but a delicate nose - no big citrus or mango hitter in this hop lineup. That’s a brave and interesting move, and I want to like this beer for that. The truth is this is playing like mostly that fruit-grass-peel thing that Azacca and Ekuanot do - no Mosaic blueberry, no Nelson gooseberry. It’s got oats and an estery English yeast (sez the peelaway label) so there are New England aspirations, but it’s not really doing that, either. Odds and ends rather than a straight juice bang.
Trades novelty for fun. 4

Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is quite grainy and grassy with green, leafy hop notes. Taste follows with the grassy hops, quite vegetal with a tea like bitterness. The malts are really subdued. Medium body with medium to soft carbonation. A nice IPA with an interesting hop profile.

Pours a hazy yellowish orange with plenty of fine foam.
Smell is full of grapefruit, dank hops and a hint of... corn? Smells quite a bit like Heady Topper.
Taste is also very HT-y, with dank hops, a terrific bitterness and some hints of corn again.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice, dank IPA, thah drinks almost like a Heady Topper clone.
