Pours a hazy yellow, with fine, soapy head.
Smell is juicy and a bit earthy, with loads of pineapple, mango and just a hint of strawberries.
Taste is slighty tart from the fruit up front, with pineaplle leading the way. A nice, earethy bitterness follows, and the finish is pretty dry.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice, juicy pale ale, with the distinct earthiness of Northern Monk.
