Collaboration with 7 Islands. Passion Fruit, Mango, Milk Sugar & Vanilla IPA.
7 Island are one of the rising stars of European craft brewing who we were delighted to bring over from Greece to pour at their first international festival, Hop City, off the back of great results in the RateBeer awards. They were really keen to brew a fruited 'milkshake' IPA as laws back home prevent them from doing so themselves. This beer ticks all of those boxes, with both mango and passionfruit added to boost the tropical notes of Citra and Mosaic hops. We then added vanilla to compliment the smoothness brought to the style by lactose milk sugars.

L: Very hazy, juicy, golden color, one finger off white head, messy lacing, good carbonation.
S: Tropical fruits, juicy. Smells wonderful.
T: Tons of tropical fruits, juicy. Bitter. Very interesting.
F: Light bodied, yet fully flavored.
O: This tastes more like a bitter juice than a beer, to be honest. Yet, it tastes pretty good :)
