We partnered with some of the best UK breweries in the game to create this 7% DDH IPA. The lead hop in this year’s beer is Sabro, a variety that’s fresh out of YCH's hop development programme. This new variety brings notes of lime zest, grapefruit, tropical flavours and coconut.
We paired this with fresh Simcoe, dry-hopped with Citra and added Chinook and Columbus to the whirlpool.
This beer is a true celebration of hops, huge thanks to Verdant Brewing Co, DEYA Brewing Company, Cloudwater Brew Co and Wylam Brewery for coming down to brew it with us.

Aroma has sweet citrus fruit like pomelo with some lime candy and vanilla. Taste follows with sweet citrus, candy and some biscuit sweetness. Quite different hop profile with a pleasant, sweet base.

Can. White head. Hazy golden orange color. Juicy and tropical. Orange, mango, papaya, and citrus fr labors. Very drinkable and flavorful. Soft with little bitterness. Well done.

Pours a hazy orange with thick, soapy head.
Smell is tropical and hoppy, slightly dank, with notes of peach, pineapple and lime.
Taste is well grounded by a slightly sweet malt base. Over that comes layers of tropical fruit, mainly peaches and citrus with a hint of cream. Very hoppy, slightly dank and moderately bitter. Well balanced and drinks much lighter than the ABV would indicate.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and well carbonated.
Overall, a really nice IPA, really showcasing the hops.
