Copenhagen 1/7 2019. 44 cl can from Mikkeller Web-shop. Snowboarder gliding through an Ice Cavern on the can.
Pours hazy, murky, dirty yellow with a very big white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense, citric, fresh and fruity. Light odor of Peach and sweet melon. Stronger odor of Citrus, Grape fruit and Pine. Slightly acidic.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, soft, slightly flat, lightly prickly texture.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a little sharp. Lingers for a bit, Semi-dry finish.
Pleasant, soft Session IPA with good intensity and a good but gentle bitter bite.
