Copenhagen 11/11 2019. 44 cl can from Mikkeller Web-shop. Drawing of what looks like a City growing out of a Heart on the can.
Pours hazy, opaque orange with a small bubbly white head. Disappears after a minute leaving what looks like a Fanta behind. No lacing.
Aroma is intense, sweet tropical fruity, lemonade tart and with a sour twist. Light odor of Peach and Papaya. Citrus lemonade. Stronger tart, unripe berries lurking in the background.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery and lively texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a slightly stronger sour tartness. A bit Saline. Aftertaste is tart and a bit salty. Lingers shortly.
Gentle Gose with a bit of sweet fruit to balance the tartness and saltiness. The moderate saltiness also helps with the gentleness.

Pours a reddish orange with a little bit of foam along the edges.
Smell is tart and juicy with notes of raspberries, papaya and melon.
Taste is tart with a little bit of sweetness. Notes of cream, raspberries, papaya, melon, grapes and a hint bitterness. Very refreshing with a tinge of saltiness on the finish.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice sour. Far from a traditional gose, but very tasty.
