Copenhagen 7/10 2019. 44 cl can from Mikkeller Web-shop. Green can with a painting of a Green bird.
Pours unclear, golden amber with a medium-sized white head. A little bubbly. Settles as thin layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense, fruity sweet and citric. Pineapple, Peach and Mango. Light odor of fermentation. Thin, sharp, citric sourness. Grape fruit and Pine.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, soft, smooth, creamy texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Fine, bitter IPA - pretty straight forward but delicious.

Pours a fairly clear orange with thick, fuffy head.
Smell is floral and dank with notes of earth, citrus and pine. A bit subdued.
Taste is citrusy and earthy with floral notes along with pine, grapefruit rind and some herbs. Strong, resiny bitterness but well balanced, never overpowering.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice, modern take on the west coast IPA.
