Pours a very dark brown, quite clear. Very light brown head. Smells jammy, slightly sweet and some lactose. Smooth mouthfeel, but very light and thin. Taste is sweet lactose first, going through fruityness and ending on very subtle peanut. Light and nice.

Pours very nicely, good head and smells sweet and fruity. Fortunately it doesn't taste too sweet but the fruity jam comes through, only a hint of peanut butter more like a chocolate bar. Very enjoyable after dinner - better than dessert.

Pours a dark reddish browb with soft, tan head.
Smell is roasty and sweet with notes of peanut butter, coffee, choklad and some strawberry jam.
Taste is sweet with a robust roasty component. Quite fruity. Notes of peanut butter, chocolate, coffee and some jam. Light bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and well carbonated.
Overall, a nice, fun porter that works well.

Peanut Butter & Jelly Porter
L4.25 Almost pitch black, pours with little cloud, lovely creamy cream coloured head that retains ok
S4.5 Rich & deep porter nose
T4.25 Honestly not getting any peanut butter (maybe a good thing), more like a very rich porter with some subtle raspberry notes. Really good.
F4.5 Excellent carbonation & medium body
O4 Another impressive beer from Northern Monk. Probably not something I will be drinking regularly, but if you like porters this is definitely worth a go.

Canned in a big old crafty craft can and a peanut butter jelly porter
Pours a jet black body with good tan head
Aroma is darks fruits, burned toast and peanut
The fruit spreads itself the peanut is just a vague notion
Yeah yeah
