Pint in Northern Monk Refectory, Leeds (£5):
Pale golden & fairly clear, a thin soapy lacing on top too. The nose is a standard lager one, lots of grain & pale malts with a faint sweetness. The taste is similar, some pale malts & corn with a biscuit base, its well carbonated & fairly sessionable though with a crisp finish; a fairly decent lager.

Pours a fairly clear yellow with soft head.
Smell is crackery and clean with notes od citrus, rye and some wheat.
Taste is bready and crackery, crisp and clean. Notes of citrus, rye and hint of butteriness with a moderate bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a nice lager, clean and well made.
