This thick Mango sour is subtly balanced by Peruvian Cacao, with Madagascan Vanilla to bind the flavours together. Packed with Citra hops to back up the tropical fruit, our first OFS Special is refreshingly sour and easy drinking. Brewed with over 100kg of mango puree in the fermenrer, this tart and refreshing sour was conditioned over cacoa nibs for 3 weeks before packaging.

Brewed 08.04.2020. Pours yellow, soda carbonation (no foam). Smells plenty of sour mango. Too high carbonation. Taste is nicely sour, with some mango both up front and lingering. Cacao is extremely subtle, hiding. Vanilla is even worse. Refreshing, light.
