Pours a hazy light orange with fine, soapy head.
Smell is sweet and fruity with notes of passionfruit and vanilla.
Taste is fruity and slightly tart with a soft bitterness. Note of vanilla, passionfruit, grapefruit and pineapple.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice vanilla soda IPA. Northern Monk are very good at this kind of hybrid.
