The first in a seasonal variation on Faith, were we play with different yeasts and seasonal hops and turn everything up a few notches. This summer, we’ve brought in an English ale strain which leaves an extra residual sweetness and enhanced ripe tropical fruit esters which really enhance the double dry hop charge of Citra and Mosaic hops. This results in a smooth, juicy pale ale loaded with mango and lemon zest flavours!

Nice pale yellow colour, fluffy white head. Smells lightly hoppy, fruity. Very soft mouthfeel. Taste is light, some fruityness, mango, pineapple, hint of banana. Some slight tea'ish flavours are starting to emerge, almost on the edge of its lifetime..

Pours a hazy light orange with fine, firm head.
Smell is juicy and grassy with notes of citrus and melon.
Taste is juicy and crisp with notes of citrus, grass, pineapple and a splash of melon. Soft bitterness, with a hint of licorice. Very clean and refreshing.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a very refreshing, summery pale ale.
