Coconut Double IPA. Brewed using tropical-forward and citrus led hops in the shape of Sultana, Amarillo and the distinctly pina-colada-like Sabro to give a big and well rounded IPA. The beer was then conditioned on 50kg of flaked coconut for two weeks to complete a real Caribbean cocktail of an IPA.

Brewed 23.07.2020. Hazy pale yellow, frothy white foam. Smell is definitely coconut, bit sweet, hint of pineapple. Smooth mouthfeel, sharp carbonation. Taste is heavy yet sweet coconut first, ending on a lingering light bitter. Surprisingly tasty. Fun!
