Copenhagen 11/7 2021. 44 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. Pastel paint strokes in orange, green and yellow on the can.
Pours opaque, milky hazy, pale yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin, almost of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense, fresh and fruity. Sweet tropical fruit mingling with aggressive citric odors. Peach and clementine. Lime and grapefruit taking over the scene.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a bit rough. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Single hop going for the bitter acidity with determination. Just as I like them. A fine Patron indeed.
