The grist features plenty of chocolate malt plus a touch of roast barley to cut through the sweetness and bring some classic stout character to the beer, with plenty of oats and some lactose for a silky, sticky mouthfeel. At the end of fermentation, the beer was transferred onto 100kg of cacao nibs and 300kg of flaked coconut to condition.
