Carbonated keg pour. Almost opaque yellow with a thin tight head.
Smells of citrus fruits.
Tastes very similar to the aroma. Mildly bitter. Lemon sherbet.
A vibrant carbonation with a dry feel.
Just as I predicted before it was even poured.

Pint from Northern Monk Refectory, Leeds (£5.20):
Pale yellow & hazy with a thin white lacing that just about covers the surface. Slightly floral notes on the nose with lemon & perfume, some grassy notes as well but fairly mellow. It's sharp & tangy, quite dry too with decent carbonation whilst the taste is very slightly tropical, pine & stone fruits come through as well but again it wasn't overly strong or complex.
