Pours a hazy orange with soft head and lots of lacing.
Smell is juicy and fruity with notes of mango, pineapple, citrus, red grapes and diesel.
Taste is fruity and dank with notes of mango, melon, diesel and citrus. Moderate bitterness and some spiciness on the finish.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice hybrid IPA, dank but pretty bitter,

6 weeks old. Can to wine glass.
L: Pours a milky pale yellow with a fluffy head that leaves a good amount of lacing. Some yeast sediment gathering in the bottom of the glass.
S: Very fresh citrus fruits. Mainly lemon and tangerine. Hints of peach. Green and grassy.
T: Lots of different citrus notes here: sweet orange, tangerine and grapefruit, but also a certain lemon acidity. Subtle notes of peach and white grapes. Medium high sweetness and slightly bitter.
F: Juicy and very full-bodied. Quite smooth with a rather low carbonation. A little sharp here and there.
O: As a big fan of the Vortex series I was pleasantly anticipating its last part, and what can I say: it didn‘t disappoint. Very thick and hoppy, but still smooth and nicely drinkable. The (citrus) fruity sweetness is balanced very nicely by the bitter and slightly acidic notes in a complex way. Great beer.
