This beer was a collaboration with Toast Brewery for COP 26 in Glasgow. Look: pours well, nice deep, dark color with a tan head. Smell: toasted bread, sweet with a hint of smoke. Taste: tastes of coffee, maple syrup with a smoky backnote. The added flavours overrode the taste of beer. I didn't get any real bitterness from the hops. While tasting like breakfast in a glass, it didn't taste like beer.
