Copehagen 25/3 2025. 44 cl can from The Beer Hive, Amagerbrogade, Kbh. S. A green landscape with a brown chocolate river and swimming Bananas on the can.
Pour opaque dark brown with a big beige head A bit bubbly. Settles as a thin rim of foam running along the side of the glass. No lacing to speak of.
Aroma is intense and quite overwhelmingly sweet and sugary. Sweet Bananas in abundance, sweet dough, brown sugar, milk chocolate, lactose and vanilla.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, slightly viscous, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a strong sweetness followed by a lighter sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a bitter undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is sweet yet dry.
If you like your beer with Banana....
