Frederiksberg 6/11 2024. 40 cl from tap at Tap 21, H.C Ørstedsvej, Frb. C.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as a paper thin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Crawling up the side of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a light sweet odor of Stone fruit overpowered by a bitter and zesty scent of citrus fruit. Peach and apricot. Orange juice and lime. Tart citrus.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Refreshing and fizzy.
