Copenhagen 6/3 2025. 4 cl can from A Good Case web-shop. Painting of a saluting lady with a very deep cleavage on the can. Not suitable for Monks.
Pours unclear, almost hazy, golden yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as 1 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a ight sweet odor of ripe Stine fruits mingling with more tart fruit. Sweet Peach and Apricot. Green grapes. Grapefruit and tart gooseberries.
Low carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, slightly viscous, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong tart bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while Finish is rather dry.
Tart and fresh.
