Copenhagen 27/4 2026. 44 cl can from Meny, Vermlandsgade, Kbh. S. Golden can with building structure far away on the can.

Pours opaque hay, golden yellow with a small white head. Stable,. Settles as thin patch of foam and a thin rim of foam running along the sides of the glass. No lacing.

Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of fermented stone fruits mingling with a tart, sharp, citric scent. Mango and peach. Alcohol and a hint of petroleum. Grapefruit anf lemon.

Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, a bit viscous, lightly tingling texture.

Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftetaste is bitter with a light sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry with a light boozy sear.

I do have faith in good beer.
